What is your return policy for outdoor gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing equipment and certain technical items cannot be returned once opened.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Gio's Outdoors ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
